I am 63 and did not come up in the age of computers. I do the best I can though, to do as much as I can. However I changed all the cartridges in my printer and my printer would not print--ink system failed. I had 2 technicians to check it out. Neither could find the problem. I then went to Hewlett-Packard and they immediately told me that my printer was out of date and they would give me a discount on a new one! I did not think anything was wrong with my printer--that it just was not talking to my Apple Macbook right. I called HP again and told the technician I wanted them to tell me how to fix a problem on my printer and gave them the code. They said they could not give help because the printer was too old (3 years and very gently used). I looked in the yellow pages found and called Roger and he told me what to do over the phone. I am not very good with technical things, so I called him back and he came to my house within 30 minutes and fixed it quickly!!!! He is very knowledgeable, helpful and was determined to get it right. He is now my go-to man for my computer and printer problems!! What a relief to find a trusty person to help me.

Today was the best day of my life. I've had a Toshiba lap top for three years and after the first year, I started having problems--just various ones like not being able to access internet, not being able to send e-mails, not being able to use my on-line bank and many more.
They were supposedly fixed by a computer repair company in my city. However, the problems kept returning.
A problem OCCURRED A FEW WEEKS AGO. today was the worst--the mouse or (cursive) froze up. It just stopped and this was absolutely the worst thing you could have happen. I had one person come out and look at it. He just messed around with it and then said it was fixed. Ha ha....the problem came right back.

Excellent Help with Virus Infection
Even though I have been using computers for many years, and should know better, I left my computer unprotected for just a few hours while changing anti-virus software. Big mistake! I got the worst case of computer virus of my life, including XP Defender Pro. The viruses blocked every web site I tried to go to, and every program I tried to run, including all my anti-virus programs.
So I took my computer to Roger Koo, RKPC Service in Cartersville GA, and he jumped right on it. There were dozens of trojans on there, but Roger was able to clean it all up and get it running well by the next day. I really appreciated the excellent work and service!

I had purchased a new HP dc7800 running VISTA Business which I had been using as a "paper weight" for 5 months. I had used a Belkin Transfer Cable and it created many users which I didn't want. I also could not connect through a Belkin router which worked great with XP Pro System.
Mr. Koo fixed all! He got to the bottom of the router debacle, reinstalled the factory system, checked and installed all the system updates that had occurred since new. Removed all the bloatware from HP and now I have only the programs running that I want.
Mr. Koo installed some pretty cool software for checking invasions and left me with instructions on how to perform maintenance.

I wanted to upgrade my old desktop (Windows 98) to a new notebook. Roger advised me on an HP notebook that was on sale at Staples last week. It was definitely a lot of computer for the money!
Roger upgraded me on my AT&T DSL to wireless and saved me money from purchasing a separate router. He installed my wireless network, set up my new notebook, clean out unwanted programs, installed numerous FREE programs for protection against Adwares, Spywares, Trojans etc as well as Free Anti-Virus and Firewall programs with instructions on how to use them.
Moreover he save me $140.00 from purchasing Microsoft Office by installing a FREE equivalent software that does everything!
He tutored me how to use Windows Vista, installed Yahoo Messenger so that I can use the inbuilt webcam, chat/talk (voice) to all of my relatives (view their webcams) out of state.

My computer was running very slow and I called RKPC Service. Roger Koo removed adwares, spywares and trojans using numerous free programs that he installed on the computer which will help to keep my computer from future clutters. He also removed redundant programs to free more space on the hard drives. He upgraded the ram to the maximum of 2GB as I had only the original 256MB.

I first took my computer to a computer store in Cartersville last year and in February 2007. They were supposed to clean up, remove spywares, adwares, trojans, viruses etc...but they failed in both attempts.
I saw an advert in the Herald Tribune Newspaper for RKPC SERVICE for Computer repairs as I had a problem installing a new printer.
Roger KOO came to my apartment and he found that the computer was running very slow. He installed numerous free antispywares/adwares/virus programs.
These programs removed hundreds of antispywares/adwares/virus from my computer and now my computer is running very fast and efficiently.
Aditionaly he added a free firewall and
a antivirus program. He also installed a free word processing program which enables me to write letters in French.

The new HP Laserjet 1020 was supposed to be Windows XP compatible but however it would not install. Roger has to confer with HP tech support in order to get the printer working.

For as long as I remember my computer has been slow. Finally, the computer just gave up and wouldn't even log on. Normally I would of just thrown the computer out and bought a new one, but of course I never backed up any of my information and my husband had important software that he no longer had the disk for. I was looking in the paper and I saw an advertisement for RKPC Service. I called Mr. Koo and the next day he came over. He was here for four hours the first two days, 8 hrs on sat. to get rid of all the viruses, worms, hijacks, deleted spywares and everything else that I didn't know anything about. I inherited this computer from a friend and RKPC Service did a efficient job of removing many unwanted files, deleting 1,265 critical adwares/spywares that was on the system, updated the computer with free firewall, antivirus and adwares/spyware removal programs.
